I’m Chad Crandall—Fractional Chief Revenue Officer and Strategic Growth Coach. I partner with established service-based businesses to build the revenue systems, operating rhythm, and strategic clarity that turn unpredictable growth into something scalable and sustainable.

I’ve bought and sold companies, led high-performing sales teams, built CRM and automation systems from scratch, and scaled operations through the messy realities of growth.
